Shipping Policy
We have multiple local warehouses in the United States, Germany, and Australia. Our goal is to provide you with the best delivery options and experience. We provide delivery services for hundreds of customers to ensure that we always provide you with the highest level of response.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Delivery within 24-48 hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 18:00 pm)
Within 72 hours on weekends and holidays
Shipping Information:
We will choose different carriers to ship according to the weight, size and address of each item. Either way, it will take about 2-8 business days to arrive after shipment, depending on your location. Remote areas may require longer delivery time.
-Some large items will cost a lot of postage. If you refuse to accept the goods after delivery or receipt for personal reasons only, we will deduct about 50 to 200 US dollars from your refund (depending on your location and product), and may charge a 10% restocking fee.
-We are very sorry that some remote or overseas areas will be charged additional postage, and some areas cannot be delivered. We will contact you to understand your wishes before processing your order. Please pay attention to your message before shipping.
-You can also check the postage yourself in the "Postage and Payment" section of the product details. Just enter the postal code of your delivery address and the system will display the applicable postage and available delivery methods.
-Redelivery or redirection requests may incur additional postage costs.
-Some products may be shipped in multiple packages.
-Please leave your phone number (if you don't write it on the delivery address) so that the courier can contact you easily.

About Estimated Arrival Date
Estimated arrival dates are for domestic orders placed today. We have adjusted these estimated arrival dates for holidays and weekends.
Estimated arrival dates do not apply to:
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and other rural areas
Deliveries to U.S. Territories, APOs, FPOs, and International addresses
Items that must be shipped via ground: Hazardous materials, flammables, and oversized items as noted in the product information
Items shipped via common carrier freight, including boats and roof boxes
Bicycles
Items that are out of stock at the time of ordering
Items ordered online and picked up at a REI store

Complete Shipping Address
When ordering, please provide a complete shipping address, including house number, zip code, etc. If you have any questions about the delivery location, please provide a contact number.
Order Tracking
We will arrange shipment within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once the item is shipped, we will also send you an email with the tracking number.
What should I do if I don't receive the product?
If you still haven't received the item after signing for the package, we will resend it after verifying the courier information. If there are any shipping issues, please contact us immediately.
Due to Covid-19, there will be some delays in delivery.
